SHIPPING & RETURNS 

How long will it take to get my order?

It will take from 1-3 business days for processing and handling.

 Please note that during holidays or special promotion periods, it may take 3-6 business days.

(Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.)

After processing:

Orders shipping within U.S. Domestic may take 2-5 business days pending on USPS scheduling. Orders shipping to Canada may take 7-21 days via USPS.

Please note, all shipping estimates are in no way considered a guarantee.

 

How much is shipping?

U.S. Domestic orders whose sub-total reaches a minimum of $35 (after any discounts and pre-tax & shipping) will be shipped free of charge via USPS First Class & Priority/ UPS Ground. U.S. Domestic orders under $35 (after any discounts and pre-tax & shipping) will be subject to a flat rate of $7.25 shipping and handling. If you want to receive your order sooner, you may choose the USPS Priority Mail/ UPS 3 Day option of the flat rate of $12.45.

Canada orders have the option to ship via USPS First Class International at the flat rate of $12.45 USD or USPS Priority Mail International at the flat rate of $30.55.

Every option includes tracking. 

All Canadian orders are subject to duties and customs fees, determined and charged by the governing border agency at the time of delivery.

 

Why has my package not arrived yet?

If your package has not arrived, please allow 3-7 business days from the date of delivery. For orders that say “Delivered” on USPS that are not delivered, please contact your local postal office for package status.

To file a claim for lost/or stolen package please visit USPS online.

Please note: J. Cat Beauty will provide and assist you with the required information needed to complete the claim, but it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with USPS.

Before checking out of your shopping bag, please review / confirm your shipping address one more time.

Any package returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address, please contact us immediately and notify our Customer Service Team, contact@jcatbeauty.com. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange for reshipment. If you do not want your package reshipped, we will refund your purchase total minus the cost of initial shipping & handling fees.

 

How can I track my package?

A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via email. If your tracking number doesn't work, please visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number for updated information.

 

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incomplete?

If any item(s) are received damaged or defective, please email us at contact@jcatbeauty.com with your Order Number and photos of the damaged item(s) to expedite the process of a replacement or refund within 10 days of the delivery date. We may require that you return the original item to us for your refund or replacement. If you email us after 10 days of the delivery date, you are not qualified to receive a refund. If there are any other issues with your order please also notify us within 10 days.

Can I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange item(s), please email us at contact@jcatbeauty.com.

Any returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pre-paid postage.

If you are exchanging an item(s), please leave a note with your Order Number and the item you would like to exchange it for.

Can I return J. Cat products I purchased at a store to jcatbeauty.com?

No. Products purchased from any third party (retailer/wholesaler/other online shops) can only be processed through the original seller. Products purchased on jcatbeauty.com can be processed and returned through our website.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We currently to ship to U.S & Canada only.

Hopefully in the near future, we will be able to ship internationally!

 

 

CANCELLATION

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if your order has been made within 1 hour.

Please email us at contact@jcatbeauty.com so that we can process an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.

You are able to return the items and request a full refund minus shipping costs.
