The J.Cat Beauty All About That Base Eye Primers are your go-to for transforming eye looks with long-lasting wear this holiday season. These lightweight, high-performance primers come in three formulas to suit any style:

How to Use

1. Squeeze out a bead-sized drop and apply a thin layer of one of our All About That Base Primers on your eyelids using our Small Shader Brush (BR11) or your finger for even application.
2. Let the primer set for a few seconds before applying your eyeshadow or sparkling powder for optimal results.

• Glitter Primer: Use to lock in glitter and prevent fallout when applying J.Cat Beauty Sparkling Powders.
• Nude Primer: Apply as a base to grab and intensify any eyeshadow color.
• Shimmer Primer: Apply to add a shimmering, glowing effect to your eye look.
