A cream to soft powder finish compact foundation that is lightweight, medium to full buildable coverage. Start with a small amount of foundation and build up as needed using patting motions for the fullest coverage. It creates a fresh, radiant and dewy complexion for everyday use. If you want to mattify it, just set with powder.

HOW TO USE

1.       Prime your face with your favorite J.Cat Beauty Primer.

2.       Use Puff to blend the Skin Bloom Cream to Power Compact evenly.

3.       Build as desired.

4.       Finish with your favorite J.Cat Beauty Setting Power and Spray for all-day hold!

PRO TIP

Use a lighter shade to brighten under the eyes and a darker shade to contour.
