Some of the bold, fearless shades makes you want to go on a color convention.

HOW TO USE

- Apply the Blinkle Shimmer Eyeshadow with a flat synthetic eyeshadow brush all over the eyelid.

- Use the brush wet if you would like to achieve a foiled finish.
