The Big Eye Pencil can blended out as an eyeshadow or can be used as eye pencils.

WHAT IT DOES

The Big Eye Pencil create creates bold lines and has great color payoff. This creamy pencil offers 18 opaque shades that glides easily on the eyes. It can be used as a base or eyeshadow itself. It blends very easily and doesn’t smudge when it sets. You can create a look from natural to a full glam in minutes. 

HOW TO USE

-Draw a line from the inner corner to the outer corner of upper and lower lid. -For a more dramatic effect: apply all over the eyelid. -Pencil may be blended with fingers or a brush to spread color all over the eyelid.
