How to Use 

Apply J.Cat Beauty’s All About That Base Primer to the desired area for long-lasting hold and easy application.
Pour a small amount of Shimmery Powder onto a tray or dip a brush directly into the product.
Sweep gently across any area you want to highlight for a soft shimmer.
For a foiled, opaque finish, dampen your brush before application.
Blend as needed to build up your desired level of glow.
